[puredyne] jack fw issues (again)

This might be totally obvious, but have you tried running sudo qjackctl from
the command line?  I don't know if the fix suggested on the bug page
actually worked for you or not:

I think the problem is /dev/raw1394 is group disk, set in /etc/udev/

And I'm not quite sure but I think this may mean the fix hasn't been
implemented in the current release yet:

Changed in puredyne-live:   *status*:  Incomplete → Fix Committed

So perhaps running qjackctl as root will work, or if you can figure out how
to add yourself to the disk group then you can run as the standard user.
(I'm in front of a public Mac machine right now and am no guru so can't just
tell you how to do that off the top of my head.)
